The City Council will conduct a public hearing on 11 May 2009 at 5:30 PM to consider
assessment of unpaid fees and charges for delinquent escrow accounts related to
development applications.
The attached list of delinquent accounts is current as of this date. City staff
recommends that the proposed delinquent accounts be assessed to the respective
properties as listed for one year at six percent interest. A resolution adopting the
assessment has been prepared for approval as part of the regular City Council meeting
agenda on 11 May 2009 at 6:30 PM.
The Public Hearing was also to include consideration of assessment of unpaid fines and
charges related to grass/property maintenance abatement that was invoiced to the City
after August 2008. However, because of an error in noticing several property owners,
this hearing needs to be continued to the City Council meeting on 26 May 2009 at 6:30
PM.
