RECOMMENDATION:
Scott Schaefer, AE2S, will verbally present options and recommendations for odor mitigation at both the
east and west wastewater treatment plants.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The City has experienced odor issues at both wastewater treatment facilities and is working quickly to
identify and implement interim solutions prior to the construction project at the west plant which will
resolve the matter. Engineer Scott Schaefer will be at Monday's meeting to present the results of his
research and analysis of interim solutions.
