RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF
PETITION AND ORDERING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of sanitary sewer, water,
stormsewer and road reconstruction and paving with curb and gutter for 62ND Lane
and Richardson Avenue, Between CSAH 36 and the boundary of the City of Dayton,
filed with the City Council on 2000 is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made
in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.

We, the undersigned, owners of not less than 35 percent in frontage of the real
property abutting on CSAH 36, 62ND Lane and Richardson Avenue, between CSAR
36 and the boundary of the City of Dayton hereby petition for the following public
improvements; sanitary sewer, water, stormsewer and road reconstruction and
paving with curb and gutter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
