RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council fixed a date for a council hearing on
the proposed construction of sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage and streets in 62nd
Lane from County Road 36 to Richardson Avenue,
AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 31St day of July, 2000, at
which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OTSEGO MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Feasibility Report
prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik Engineering for the City of Dayton, a portion of
which report related to this Otsego project; with the following specific components;
a) The roadway is to have a 24.0 ft. width with concrete curb and gutter
b) The road will be designed with a minimum of 50.0 ft. centerline radius.
c) Storm sewer piping and appurtenances will be constructed.
d) Sanitary sewer and water service will be made available to all properties
within the identified project area
2. The construction of the improvements is hereby ordered and authorized to
be a part of the City of Dayton's Historic Village Utility and Street Improvements.
