RESOLUTION NO. 2015-30
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE DISSEMINATION
OF BIDS AND REQUESTS PER MINNESOTA STATUTES 331A.03 SUBD. 3
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 331A.03 Subdivision 3 Alternative dissemination of
bids and requests allows the City to use a means for notification other than a newspaper
publication; and,
- WHEREAS, the City has the means to use the alternative method and this method will
provide greater access to the information; and,
WHEREAS, the City hereby notifies all interested parties that the City will use the
alternative means of notification and dissemination of bids and requests for future projects and
purchases as authorized by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Otsego hereby adopts the alternative means of dissemination of bids and requests as outlined in
Minnesota Statutes 331A.03, Subd. 3.
