1.1 June 1, 2015 Planning Commission.
2. Public Hearing Items:
2.1 Boondox Bar and Grille: (Per the applicant tabled until July 6, 2015)
A. Amendment of the Planned Unit Development- Conditional Use Permit
approved October 24, 2011 to allow restaurant/bar occupancy of the former
clubhouse building for other than an office and the 2002 expansion area and
other site/building plan changes.
2.2 Rolfe Anderson:
A. Conditional use permit to relocate an existing single family dwelling to a lot
within the City.
3. Update on City Council actions.
4. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items.
5. Adj ourn.
