A RESOLUTION SETTING A FINAL TAX LEVY OF
$8779787 FOR 2001 BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, The Otsego City Council is required by State Law to establish a final
tax levy for 2001 by December 27, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That there is hereby approved for proposed expenditures from general taxes the
following sums for the purpose indicated.
General Government $877,787
Total Tax Levy $877,787
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT as required by State Law the City Clerk shall
Certify to the Wright County Auditor a copy of this Resolution.
