RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 85th Street NE from Page Avenue NE to
Odean Avenue NE (Segment 1) and 85th Street NE from Odean Avenue to Nashua
Avenue NE (Segment 2).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer, Hakanson Anderson
Associates for study who is hereby authorized and directed to report to the council with
all.. convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended.
