RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
ONIMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the council acceptance of the Feasibility
Report for 85TH Street, a report which has been prepared by Hakanson Anderson
Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 85TH Street from Page Avenue to
Nashua Avenue excluding % mile at the intersection of Odean Avenue and has
presented report to the council for approval on March 12, 2001;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
Otsego MINNESOTA:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to accept the Feasibility Report for 85TH
Street with references to the improvement of 85TH Street from Page Avenue to Nashua
Avenue excluding % mile at the intersection of Odean Avenue.
Adopted by the council this 12TH day of March 2001.
