A. Rezoning from A-1 District to R-6 and R-7 District.
B. PUD -CUP and Preliminary Plat for 153 Single Family and
170 attached Townhome Units.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
4.1 Discussion of Zoning Ordinance amendment — residential districts.
4.2. Election of 2006 Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair.
4.3. Update on City Council actions by Councilmember Heidner.
4.4. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda Items by
Judy Hudson.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
