2. Consider the following minutes.
2.1. May 15, 2006 Planning Commission Meeting.

3. Planning Items:
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
3.1. Richard Powell:
A. CUP for a second driveway to a single family lot within a R-3
District.
3.2. Scott Grupa:
A. CUP to allow construction of a single family dwelling on a
non -conforming lot of record.
3.3. Duke Realty:
A. Zoning Map amendment rezoning portions of the subject site
from A-1 District to I-2 District.
B. Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR).
C. PUD-CUP/Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for Gateway North
to allow phased development of 1.2. million square feet of
office/warehouse uses.
3.4. Northdale Construction:
A. CUP to allow outdoor storage within an I-2 District.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
4.1. Update on City Council actions by Councilmember Heidner.
4.2. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda Items by
Judy Hudson.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
