BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Two parallel culverts under Quilley Avenue in Autumn Woods were in need of repair and were
threatening the integrity of the street. Both have been replaced by concrete culverts and are
functioning properly. Additional flexamat (rip rap equivalent) was needed upstream to secure street
slope and provide erosion control. The project was completed to our satisfaction. Therefore, we
recommend final payment in the amount of $30,872.00.
