RESOLUTION
RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
S.A.P. 217-107-03 from 1000' East of CSAH #42
to CSAH #42
in the City of Otsego , Minnesota.
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 14TH day of May , 2001, by the
City of Otsego in Wright County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation
shall hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of 88TH
(Street/A-N�), State Aid Route No. 217-107 from 1000' East of CSAH #42
to CSAH #42 in the City of Otsego , Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the "City", will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements
of this Street, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on
both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street
project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City", shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on 88TH Street from 1000' East of CSAH
#42 to CSAH #42 at all times.
