PUBLIC HEARINGS:
3.1. Peggy Johnson:
A. Conditional Use Permit for commercial recreation within an
A-1 District.
3.2 Amendment of the City Code:
A. Regulation of pawn shops and second hand goods dealers.
B. Minimum lot area requirements and platting of stormwater
drainage basins, wetlands and wetland buffers.
C. Allowance of more than one driveway from a public street to
single family lots within the R-1, R-2 and R-3 Districts.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
4.1. Update on City Council actions by Councilmember Heidner.
4.2. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda Items by
Tami Loff.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
