2.1. July 19, 2010 Planning Commission Meeting.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
3.1. Beckman:
A. Zoning Map Amendment rezoning from A-1 District to A-2
District.
B. Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a lot less than 20 acres in
A-2 District.
C. Preliminary and Final Plat.
3.2. W -H Electric:
A. Amendment of an existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to
extend approval to construct an electric utility substation to
December 31, 2015.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
4.1. Update on City Council actions by Councilmember Heidner.
4.2. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda Items by
Tami Loff.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
