It is recommended that the City Council adopt a motion to accept the resignation of Kathy McClure from
the position of Finance Assistant II.

Kathy McClure submitted her resignation on Monday August 31, 2015, effective immediately.
City staff would like to extend our gratitude to Kathy for all of the hard work that she contributed while
working for the City of Otsego.

Dear Mayor Stockamp and Council Members,
Thank you for granting my leave and the flexible return to work schedule. I appreciated the opportunity
and am sorry that my health made it so short-term. I enjoyed the duties of the Finance Assistant
position, truly enjoyed being part of the City of Otsego staff and working with wonderful co-workers.
Thank you for your kind words of support and your generous donations! Your kindness is up -lifting and
very much appreciated.
