RESOLUTION NO. 2001-28
ADOPTING THE STATE BUILDING CODE 1997 FEE SCHEDULE FOR
CALCULATING BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of the City and the welfare of its citizens
to amend the City Code to adopt the 1997 Fee Schedule for the collection of building permit fees
in accordance with the most current State Building Code, including the 1997 Uniform Building
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. The City of Otsego adopts Table No. 1-A of the 1997 Uniform Building Code for the
purposes of calculating building permit fees. In addition, a surcharge fee shall be
collected on all permits issued for work governed by this code in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes Section 16.70 as amended.
2. A copy of the permit fee schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
