Specifically, the Planning Commission conducted a review of the items listed in staffs 1 October 1996 memorandum to the City Council which identified possible administrative approvals. The following is a listing of the items identified in the referenced 1 October memorandum and corresponding recommendations offered by the Planning Commission at their 6 November meeting.
