1 Chair Carl Swenson will call meeting to order:
Chair Swenson called the Planning Commission Meeting to order at 8:00 PM.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Chair, Carl Swenson, Commissioners: Ing Roskaft, Arleen Nagel, Jim Kolles,
Richard Nichols, Eugene Goenner, Bruce Rask arrived at 8:07 PM, meeting had been
adjourned.
Council Representative: Larry Fournier
Staff: Elaine Beatty, City Clerk/Zoning Administrator
2. Consideration of the Planning _CommissionMinutes*
Richard Nichols asked that the statement on page one "U S West proposed that
antennas be processed as a CUP" be checked out.
Richard Nichols motioned adoption of Planning Commission Minutes of November
6, 1996 with change. Seconded by Ing Roskaft. All in favor. Motion carried
unanimously.

Chair Swenson stated that Bulow Inc. has requested the hearing be continued to
December 4, 1996 meeting.
Arleen Nagel motioned to continue Barthel Brothers Hearing to December 4, 1996.
Ing Roskaft seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Kirmis requested that this also be continued to December 4, 1996 Planning
Commission Meeting.
Ing Roskaft motion to continue antenna discussion to December 4, 1996. Arleen
Nagel seconded. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
