RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend meeting setting dates for review of Utility Department Budgets and the 2016-2020 Capital
Improvement Plan (CIP).

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Council typically reviews the Utility Department budgets and the CIP after adoption of the proposed
tax levy in September. The City Planner has indicated that Planning Commission meetings are likely in
October and November; therefore, special meetings to discuss the budget and CIP will be scheduled
either before or after the October 26 and November 9 regular Council meetings. If additional time is
needed, another meeting can be scheduled on November 23.
