RESOLUTION NO. 2001-36
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT BETWEEN CITY OF OTSEGO
AND GRIDOR CONSTRUCTION FOR EXPANSION OF CITY
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
WHEREAS, the City has awarded a bid to Gridor Construction for construction
of an expansion of the City's wastewater treatment facility; and
WHEREAS, a proposed contract has been drafted by the project Engineer,
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates; and
WHEREAS, the Otsego City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement and has
recommended approval of the same, subject to the exclusion noted in
correspondence to the Otsego City Council dated November 29, 2001 which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A, and herein incorporated by reference.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
OW Otsego that the proposed Agreement is hereby approved, subject to the exclusion
noted in Exhibit A attached, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
execute the Agreement, as modified, on behalf of the City.
