A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY
FOR 70TH STREET NE IMPROVEMENTS, FROM MARTIN FARMS AVENUE TO
OAKWOOD AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 70th Street NE Improvement, from
Martin Farms Avenue to Oakwood Avenue and possibly assess the benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY
OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA,-
That
INNESOTA;
That the proposed improvement be referred to Hakanson Anderson for
study and that they are instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed
advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
