A RESOLUTION SETTING CITY FEES FOR
A VARIETY OF SERVICES FOR 2002
WHEREAS, the Otsego City Council has the authority
under Minnesota state law to set appropriate fees
for City services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the following fees for City services are
hereby deemed appropriate.
Sewer Access Charge (SAC)

Sewer Trunk Charge $2,238
