RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVICE THE PROPOSED ISD #728
E-8 SCHOOL
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th day of October
2015, ordering Hakanson Anderson to prepare plans and specifications for the
public improvements including for reconstructing 80th Street NE from 500' west of
Maciver Avenue NE to % mile east of Maciver Avenue NE, including a bituminous
trail, storm sewer, watermain, sanitary forcemain, and a temporary lift station;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
Hakanson Anderson is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement, and are hereby directed and authorized to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 12th day of October, 2015.
