3. Public Hearing for the applicant, Todd vetsch and
Kristy Miller, 8490 LaBeaux Avenue NE on behalf of owners,
James F. and Judith vetsch. PID # 118-800-243200, section
24, Range 24 73.90 acres. Request is for the following:
A. Rezone from A-1 (1 per 40) to A-2 (4 per 40).
4. Any other Planning commission Business.
A. update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
The next Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Monday,
April 16, 2001, 8 PM, at Otsego City Hall.
