Public Hearing:
1. Zoning Ordinance amendment to allow for semi -trailer sales
As a Principal use within the I-2, General Industrial District.
Tabled Item from the May 21, 2001 Planning Commission:
2. Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow Outside storage in
An I-2 District. This was tabled at the May 21, 2001.
B. Site Plan Review for Brett Admixtures at Lot 2, Block 1, I-94
West Otsego Industrial Park.
4. Zoning Ordinance: Discussion of Detached Accessory Buildings.
5. Any other Planning Commission Business.
A. Update on Council Actions by CM Heidner.
6. Adjournment by 10 PM.
