A. November 19, 2001 Planning Commission Meeting.
Please Note: The procedure for the Public Hearing is written on the back of this agenda.
3. Planning Items:
A. Public Hearing for a variance to allow access to a residential use in the
Flood Plain District and a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction
of a single-family home within the Flood Plain District.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
A. Update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
The December 17, 2001 Planning Commission Meeting has been canceled. The next
Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Monday, January 7, 2001, at 8 PM, Otsego
City Hall.
