3.1. Public Hearing for the Comprehensive Plan.
3.2. Public Hearing for Darlene Solberg.
A. Conditional Use Permit to build an addition on to an existing
Single-family residence located in the 100 -Year Floodplain.
B. Variance allowing access to anexisting dwelling below the
Regulatory flood elevation.
3.3. Continuation of Public Hearing for Cascade II and LandCor.
A. Rezoning from Agricultural A-1 to PUD District.
B. PUD General Development Plan.
C. Preliminary Plat.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
A. Update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
The next Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Monday, April 15, 2002,
at 8 PM, Otsego City Hall.

2) Clerk - Verify that legal publication, mailings, and
postings been completed
3) Staff - Description of request, results of investigation,
recommendations
4) Applicant - Added comments and statements
5) General Public - Comments and presentations
6) Chair - Call for P.C. discussion and questions
7) General Public - Additional comments
8) Chair - Close public hearing
9) Chair - Call for motion
