3.1. Public Hearing for Ed and Beth Specht.
A. Rezoning from A-1 to A-2.
B. CUP for allow horses in an A-2 Zoning.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
A. Update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
The next Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Monday, May 6, 2002,
at 8 PM, Otsego City Hall.

be used in every hearing:
1) Chair - Description of request
2) Clerk - Verify that legal publication, mailings, and
postings been completed
3) Staff - Description of request, results of investigation,
recommendations
4) Applicant - Added comments and statements
5) General Public - Comments and presentations
6) Chair - Call for P.C. discussion and questions
7) General Public - Additional comments
8) Chair - Close public hearing
9) Chair - Call for motion
