3.1. Conditional Use Permit to allow relocation of an existing single family
Home to a lot within Otsego. (Applicant - Neal C. Roessler)
3.2. Lefebvre's Carpet:
A. Aministrative Permit to add on 1.3 acre to existing.
B. Rezone detached portion of Parcel to B-3 District.
C. Building and Site Plan Review.
3.3. Otsego Waterfront West:
A. PUD Development Stage Plan to develop a 22,300 square
Foot restaurant.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
A. Update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
