3. Planning Items:
3.1. Lefebvre's Carpet: (tabled from the 05-05-02 meeting)
A. Administrative Permit to add on 1.3 acre to existing lot.
B. Rezone detached portion of Parcel to B-3 District.
C. Building and Site Plan Review.
3.2. Public Hearing for Barthel Feedlot.
A. Conditional Use Permit for construction of an Animal Building for
a Registered Feedlot within one thousand (1,000) feet of an
existing residential use.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
A. Update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.

be used in every hearing:
1) Chair - Description of request
2) Clerk - Verify that legal publication, mailings, and
postings been completed
3) Staff - Description of request, results of investigation,
recommendations
4) Applicant - Added comments and statements
5) General Public - Comments and presentations
6) Chair - Call for P.C. discussion and questions
7) General Public - Additional comments
8) Chair - Close public hearing
9) Chair - Call for motion
