3.1. PUD Development Stage Plan for Otsego Waterfront to develop
Retail space called Market West.
3.2. Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow relocation of an existing
20 X 14 foot detached garage to a lot within Otsego for Thomas Reger.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
A. Update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
