Approve closing City Hall on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for the staff
holiday luncheon and closing City Hall on December 31, 2015, New Year's Eve at 1:00 PM.

BACKGROUNDMUSTIFICATION:
City staff is looking for approval to close City Hall for one hour during the staff holiday luncheon
scheduled for December 15, 2015 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Prairie Center. Consistent with past
practice, the Administrative Subcommittee recommends an additional four hours of holiday leave to
close City departments four hours early on New Year's Eve. The Administrative Subcommittee
discussed at their November meeting and recommended approval.
