RESOLUTION FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACCEPTANCE
WHEREAS, the Wright County Board of Commissioners will adopt a resolution in
February 2002, for the following County State Aid Highway (CSAH) change within the
city limits of the City of Otsego.
Revocation of a 1.71 -acre parcel of right-of-way associated with the
realignment of Jaber Avenue NE in the NW % of Section 34-121-24.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA. That said resolution action is in all things approved and
adopted.
Adopted by the council this 10th day of June , 2002.
