A. Rezoning from A-1 District to A-2 District.
B. Conditional Use Permit to create a lot less than 20 acres.
3.2. Heritage Development:
A. Rezoning from Agriculture to R-6 Residential Townhouse,
Quadraminium and Low Density Multiple Family District.
B. Preliminary Plat within a Shoreland Overlay District.
4. Any other Planning Commission Business.
4.1. Temporary Sign Ordinance.
4.2. Consideration of allowing more than one access to large parcels.
4.3. Update on Council actions by CM Heidner.
5. Adjournment by 10 PM.
