OTSEGO CITY HALL
The Planning Commission, City Council and Staff toured the "The Lakes" project in
Blaine Minnesota.
Attendees: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Virginia Wendel,
Jerry Struthers and Dan Scharber. Planning Commission Chair Richard Nichols;
Commission Members: David Thompson, Steve Schuck, Pam Black, Doug Hackman,
Tammie Fallon and Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Judy Hudson, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator and Dan Licht, City Planner. Bruce Pankonin of Rottlund Homes, Inc. and
John Jackels of Emmerich Development Corporation also attended.
The bus returned to City Hall at approximately 8:30 PM.
