The Prairie Park Dog

Park was completed
in June of this year

and is located in the
southeast corner of
the park. It is 100x200 and is treed and has

benches for humans. We will be installing a
water spigot for dogs next spring, we will

also be installing additional benches and
some fire hydrants.

Northwood Park
Will be located just east for highway off of County
Road 37 in the Wild Flower Meadows Development.
This park will include a soccer field, baseball field,
playgrounds and a community garden. Construction
is expected to begin in spring of 2016 and be
complete by fall of 2016.
DADDY -DAUGHTER
DANCE
Your presence is requested
on for our first Annual
Daddy -Daughter Dance.
This is a magical evening of
dancing for girls (princesses) ages 5-14 and their fathers.
Besides dancing, there will be refreshments, a fun activity,
photo area and lots of fun filled memories your daughter
will always remember!

- Tickets are $15 per couple. $5 for additional person.
SNOW BALL DANCE
Come out of the cold, warm up and dance the night away!
Your PCA or chaperone is also welcome to join you! Dance
will be from 7-9pm. Refreshments will be for sale at the
event. A photo prop area will also be available... so cameras
are welcome!

YOUTH SNOWMOBILE TRAINING
Students can register if they will be 12 years of age or older
by January 1, 2016. Students 16 years or older are encouraged
to order and complete an adult CD from the Minnesota DNR.
For the December 6 class, there will be an outdoor driving
course. Students need to dress for the weather and bring a
helmet. The driving test will be held with or without snow on
the parking lot. 2 -Day Class.
Must Pre -Register by December 1, 2015 and please bring
child's birth certificate on the Thursday evening class.

gems of Otsego, the Holiday
Inn and Water Park is pairing up and offering Parks and
Recreation Days throughout the winter months. Kids and
parents will enjoy everything the Holiday Inn and Water Park
has to offer for only $5 and parents are free! All kids must
be accompanied by an adult.

BE A PRINCESS FOR A DAY
If you love Elsa, Anna, Cinderella and other princesses, then
this is the class for you. Come celebrate all things magical as
we create our very own special crown and learn a princess
dance. Along the way we will learn to walk and curtsy like a
princess, as well as read stories and listen to music. Dress -up
is highly encouraged.

OPEN GYM PROGRAM
Otsego Parks & Recreation is offering an Open Gym Program
which is designed to provide an opportunity for families to
use a neighborhood gymnasium in a supervised, free play
situation. Equipment will be available to use or you can bring
your own.

CHEER EXTREME
This class is designed to teach
children the basic skills needed
to advance in the sport of
cheerleading. Your child will
learn to memorize cheers and master the art of performing
them. With professional instruction, they will learn arm motion
techniques, proper posture, jumps, kicks, and tumbling.

This safety class will teach children how to prevent and
prepare for emergencies. Topics covered will be safety when
home alone, phone safety, and basic first aid to help build
confidence to empower our children to keep themselves safe.

variety of mat exercises, low balance beam, tumbling and games.
Students should wear leotards or shorts and t -shirts. Please tie
back long hair. Parents will participate with their child.
