Staff recommends the hiring of Mackenzie Alger for the Winter On -Call position.

Staff reviewed the five applications for the Winter On -Call position and conducted only one interview.
Staff chose to interview Mackenzie Alger for the position. He has some very good snow removal
experience and has the knowledge and appropriate licenses to run the majority of the department's
snow removal equipment. He has successfully passed the background/driver's license check and passed
the pre -employment drug screening. He would be available to work immediately after Council has
made their decision.

$14.50/hour.
