RESOLUTION RECEIVING AMENDED REPORT
ONIMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the council acceptance of the amended
Feasibility Report for 85th Street and Page Avenue a report which has been prepared by
Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 85th Street
from Page Avenue to Nashua Avenue and was originally presented to the council and
was approved on March 12, 2001; and has been amended to include Page Avenue
from CSAH 39 to 85th Street and presented to the council for approval December 23,
2002.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
Otsego MINNESOTA:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to accept the amended Feasibility Report
for 85th Street and Page Avenue with references to the improvement of 85th Street from
Page Avenue to Nashua Avenue and Page Avenue from CSAH 39 to 85th Street.
Adopted by the council this 23rd day of December, 2002.
