RESOLUTION NO. 2003-03
RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
TIER ONE, LLC
WHEREAS, Tier One, LLC has applied for a on -sale intoxicating liquor license, on -sale
wine license and on -sale Sunday liquor license for facilities located at 9100 Quaday
Avenue NE, City of Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Tier One has submitted all material required by the City for said licenses,
all material has been reviewed, a criminal background check has been conducted by the
County Sheriff, and the applicant has paid all required license fees; and
WHEREAS, Tier One, LLC has not yet obtained Worker's Compensation insurance; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 176.182 requires that the City not issue the liquor
licenses applied for until such time as the applicant provides sufficient evidence of
compliance with State Worker's Compensation insurance requirements.
NOW THEREFORE, the Otsego City Council hereby:
1. Conditionally grants to Tier One, LLC the requested on -sale intoxicating liquor
license, on -sale wine license and Sunday liquor license, subject to Tier One, LLC
providing the City with sufficient evidence of its compliance with State Worker's
Compensation insurance requirements.
2. The City Clerk is specifically directed not to issue the licenses set forth above
until such time as the applicant provides sufficient evidence of Worker's
Compensation insurance coverage complying with State statute, as approved by
the City Attorney.
ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2003 by the Otsego City Council.
