Pictures need to be closer so Santa and the kids would show up better. Set up was thought to be good except we need to get a few more trees to fill in bare spots. Jessica and Beverly will check on some for sale, maybe 3 to 4. Everyone thought it went well; traffic flow was steady even with the competition that day. 5. Update on SE Otsego Park Plans: Will keep this item on the agenda if anything new arises, but Commissioners felt they also had to look at other areas that have been waiting even longer for a park. 6. City Update: Review of Potential Survey. Commissioners felt the survey is too expensive. 7. Any other business: Commissioner Cassady noted the City newsletter, The View, came out too late this month with information that had already happened. Commissioners agreed and felt there should be a better way to get the info to the public on a timely basis. Councilmember Stockamp said she would discuss it with the City Council.
