Park Commission Minutes -February 13, 2008
Minutes continued after Mike left the meeting.
Discussion about the signs was brought up. Kathy asked about the cost per sign. Jessica thought about
$27.50 per plaque at that time, but said cost should go down with more experience and usage. (Jessica later
emailed me that the costs didn't figure in other factors and would get back to me on that.)
We all thought the signs were good, but could be bigger. Discussion on the color was brought up. Peter
suggested staying with one color for all Park & Rec events. We all decided that red would be best. We
could advertise on our web site to look for the red signs for events going on. We all would like to see more
signs up also.
All commissioners would meet at 6:30 pm, Friday the 14th of March, for preparation and set up. Attached
is the event schedule, please feel free to let me know if I have something wrong or missed something. I'm
only human, I think?
Motion to adjourn at 9:35 pm by Kathy, and seconded by Beverly.
