RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 27th Day of
January , 2003, ordering Hakanson Anderson Associates to prepare Plans
and Specifications on the proposed improvement of 85t' Street NE from Odean Avenue
NE to Page Avenue NE including excavation, aggregate base, curb and gutter,
bituminous surfacing, and drainage improvements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement, and are hereby directed and authorized to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 27th day of January 2003.
