Call to Order,
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner and Doug Schroeder.
Councilmember Jason Warehime 6:09 PM. Absent: Councilmember Tom Darkenwald. Staff: Lori
Johnson, City Administrator; Andy MacArthur, City Attorney; Daniel Licht, City Planner; Ron
Wagner, City Engineer; Adam Flaherty, Finance Director and Tami Loff, City Clerk.
1. Discussion on Purchase Agreement for Outlot A, Great River Centre Third Addition (PID 118-266-
000010); this portion of the meeting will be closed under Minn. Stat. 13D.05, Subdivision 3, C.
City Attorney MacArthur said this portion of the meeting is closed per Minn. Stat. 13D.05, Subdivision 3,C
for discussion on a purchase agreement for PID 118-266-000010.
CM Schroeder motioned to close this portion of meeting. Seconded by CM Heidner. All in
favor. Motion carried.
CM Heidner motioned to re -open this portion of the meeting at 6:51 PM. Seconded by CM
Schroeder. All in favor. Motion carried.
