The City is currently seeking applicants for appointments for the seats due to expire on February 28,
2016. The attached memo explains the process and schedule. Planning Commissioner Mord, Parks and
Recreation Commissioner Stark and Public Safety Commissioner Hubbard were all recently appointed in
one year appointments that expire on February 28, 2016; you may want to consider just reappointing
them rather than re -interviewing them.
City staff is looking for a motion to set a date(s) for interviewing applicants before the February 22 City
Council meeting.
