CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION NOTING INTENT TO BOND IN 2003 FOR THE
OTSEGO WEST WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND WATER
SYSTEM, THE 85'9 STREET IMPROVEMENT, AND OTHER CITY
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Otsego has
determined that there is a need for a wastewater
treatment plant and water system in West Otsego,
and a need for the improvement of 85th Street and
Page Street; and,
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Otsego has
previously indicated its intent to bond for
additional improvement projects such Waterfront
Sewer, Water, Street, Storm sewer, and Traffic
Light; 85th Street Extension, and the Phase II
expansion of the East Otsego Wastewater Treatment
Plant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City of Otsego's intent to bond is now
proclaimed for all to know.
2. That staff is ordered to begin all necessary
preparations to sell bonds.
