A RESOLUTION SETTING CITY FEES FOR
A VARIETY OF SERVICES FOR 2003
WHEREAS, the Otsego City Council has the authority
under Minnesota state law to set appropriate fees
for City services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the following fees for City services are
hereby deemed appropriate.
East Otsego Sewer Access Charge (SAC)
Sewer Plant Charge $3,040
Sewer Trunk Charge $2,310
Total SAC $5,350
East Otsego Water Access Charge (WAC) $3,150
Street Access Charge
Collectors (Sandy Soils) $ 980/lot
Collectors (Clay Soils) $1,140/lot
