RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - 07
RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SUPPORT OF A JOB CREATION FUND
APPLICATION IN CONNECTION
WITH WAGNER SPRAYTECH CORPIWAGNER HOLDING, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego, Minnesota (the "City"), desires to assist Wagner SprayTech Corp., a
painting and decorating product manufacturing company, which is proposing to construct a facility in
the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego understands that Wagner SprayTech Corp. , through and with the
support of the City, intends to submit to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic
Development an application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego held a city council meeting on January 25, 2016, to consider this
matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, after due consideration, the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Otsego, Minnesota, hereby express their approval of the project proposed by Wagner
SprayTech Corp. and its application for an award and/or rebate fromtheJob Creation Fund Program.
