No No BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION: The Otsego Parks and Recreation Department hosted a dance for young adults with developmental disabilities. The dances were an idea generated from the young adults that are involved in the job training program at the Elk River Area School District. An admission of $5 is typically charged to participants, this fee helps offset the costs associated with staff and DJ services. This year, the "Snow Ball" dance was held on January 23rd, 2016 at Prairie Center.
