1. Call Meeting to order:
Chair Bartheld called the meeting to order.
2. Roll Call:

4. Approve Minutes:
Nicole motioned to review minutes at the September meeting.
5. Open Forum:
No one spoke.
6. Trails:
Mike Robertson, City Administrator, will contact the school regarding trails.
7. Mike Robertson, City Administrator:
Mr. Robertson was unable to attend the meeting. Jeff Bartheld gave a report.
A. Replacement of bleacher parts.
The part is being assembled for the bleachers.
B. Tin Shed Wiring.
The wiring will be done in two weeks.
Council will leave the choice for the style of the park shelter up to the Park and
Recreation Committee.
D. Any Other Issues or Concerns.
Contracting Merland Otto - We will not be able to have Merland Otto. We could
have the City Planner.

A meeting was set for September 15th, to discuss plans for the haunted house.
B. Winterfest.
This will be covered at the next Park & Rec. meeting.
